2004 Renault Scenic immobiliser/air con light and bonnet release!

Hi
When I start my Scenic 1.5dci (2004) the Red Immobiliser light stays on, but the Air-con light also comes on. When I switch the Air-con off the Red Immobiliser light goes off then comes back on again! I don't have any problems regarding entry or locking just the light stays on all the time which the manual says is a systems fault and I need to go to a Renault garage, but they charge a fortune!
Also I cannot open my bonnet as the release pull in the grill is in and when I pull it out nothing happens. I need to check my oil as I am going on a journey.
Any ideas please?

can not get car to fire.sames like the immobilisers stuck on.tryed takeing battery off and letting it reset but will not have any of it.its a S reg.is there any thing i can do to make it deimmobilisers.or bye past it.thanks nikki.
