seen this type of fault before, check electrical connections . earth leads etc as boy do the french not know how to build an electrical circuit that will last the test of time. in particular look in the compartment under the floor on passenger side footwell.water in there can corrode these poor quality connectors and wiring

hi tried that unplugged every plug i could find gave it a clean & still the same. just my luck
