2002 Renault Scenic the ac/acc unit does not stop the fun cooler if press off

Hello.
I have an Renault Scenic from 2002.
The AC/ACC climate unit does not shutdown the cooler if I press the mode OFF.
It continue to run on maximum speed and make an infernal noise.
Does anybody have an idea what could be happened?
Please help me. At least a schema of AC/ACC components...
