My Megane Scenic has a negative point on its French MOT 'Bad fixation transfer box'. It didn't fail the test.
It's a standard 2 wheel drive car, Is it easily fixed. Where exactly is the 'Transfer Box' situated. Will it deteriorate ? Thanks.

If it's 2wd then it has no transfer box as you suspected.
All I can suggest is put it through an MOT here.
If your worried take the French fail along with you at the test and let them see the fail.
