2003 Renault Scenic wont start

I think the fuel pump may be U/S I have disconnected the fuel line going to filter whilst turning the engine over, no fuel being pumped, if this is pump where will I find it if electrical how do I diagnose which relay.

Pump's in the fuel tank,
combined with the fuel sensor in a unit.
Unit has to come out to access the pump.
