1999 Renault Scenic non stater (no power to glow plugs or fuel pump.

i've bought a 99 scenic 1.9dti as a non runner.

i've found so far there is no power at the fuel pump or the glow plugs.

also the glow plug light doesn't come on on the dash.

i'm guessing an electical problem, i've checked the main earth on the front of the block and also the mega fuses under the bonnet.

has anyone got any idea what to look at next and also anyone know where i can get a wiring diagram from?
