Apart from visiting a scrappy, have you tried ordering a caliper overhaul kit? Or might be able to get a spring kit It should contain the springs and all the other little clips etc you need.
But a new caliper is only pennies it might be the only way to get the spring you need and just take off the spring and keep the new caliper
