2001 Renault Scenic juddering

I have a 1.9 dci renault scenic. It starts fine and runs. Lately the stop light and engine light comes on for a mater of seconds and in that time the car losses power which then in turn makes the car judder. Put car on a ecu scaner which showed one fault which was the egr valve so I changed the egr valve and the fuel filter and have also given it a full service. Confused can any one help please

Would get the codes read first see if egr issue shows again ,it maybe a connection issue.
