Check bulkhead drains and pollen filter.

Water test the roof by putting a small amount of water in the sides of the open roof and ensuring it runs out the front and rear drains, this will let you know they are working.

many thanks for those suggestions, but I have cleared all suggested drain holes, under the bonnet above the wheel arches all clear, and under front arches cleared drain tubes, with rod from the front sunroof, but cant find drain holes for the rear sunroof, or drain tubes as are present at the front of the car, if anyone knows where they are i would be grateful, and if anyone has had a problem with water ingress from there wheel arches, as the amount that comes in is quite bad. cheers
