2012 Renault Scenic reboot or freeze of multimedia console

Once every weeks, the multimedia console reboots during driving. Last time it rebooted spontaneous and it erased all my tuner settings (prograamed radio stations). Sometimes the TomTom GPS freezes as well, it stays at the welcome screen. Anybody that has the same problems?

Advise return it to the dealer as possibly software issue.just requiring upgrade.

If you search in google for "Radio-/Navieinheit startet unvermittelt neu" then you will find at least 5 German Scenic 3 (2012) drivers that experience the same issue. My German is not so good, but what I understand is that a firmware update did not solve this. Other posts on Renault fora suggest it is related to the supply voltage that drops or disappears. The Tom Tom problem of the freeze might be unrelated and according to Renault, an SD card update could solve this. So, remains the spontaneous power fail (or reset or reboot) of the multimedia console (radio, GPS, bluetooth).
