2001 Renault Scenic front sunroof wont go up or down

my front sunroof wont go up or down but the motor seems to be working but its making a load clicking noise. any ideas please

sounds like it could be stuck, have you attempted to open it while being frozen if so it could have stripped the mechanizm

i only bought it yesterday and i tried it but the car was garaged can you replace the mechinism?

yes you can change the mechanism, but i would have a word with your local garage first just it case its an easy fix
