2005 Renault Scenic car turns over but won't start

Car turns over but won't ignite (unless bumped), good pressure in the fuel line and battery is fine. When bumped last time it shuddered for some time until it finally cleared and revved fine. This has only started to occur in the last few weeks with the colder weather appearing and has mainly happened in the morning. Any ideas, don't want to spend lots of money on the wrong problem. Thanks in advance

I would first check for fault codes,But your description makes me think that the glow plugs are not all working,That would be my next check,First for power at them then possibly remove and check them.

Agree about getting a scan done as could be a number of faults.
Could be fuel pressure.
When did you last have your fuel filter changed.

try not using shell fuel.
