2002 Renault Scenic when turning left or right there is a springing nose in the front wheels then car pulls to right or left is this a bearing or bushing problem

If it's a " springing noise " , check front coil springs ?

Have you had the cars spring caps fitted. there was a promblem with frony springs which renault corrected free of charge, You may need this doing
