when car starts idling very low trying to cut out also when driving between gears very slow

Check / clean idle air control valve stepper motor . If only when starting from cold , check engine coolant temp sensor .

WHERE WILL I FIND THESE ALSO WHEN STARTS AS SAID IDLEING REALLY SLOW TRYING TO CUT OUT BUT STARTED TO DRIVE WAS OK BUT WHEN STOPPED TURNED OVER AGAIN SLUGGISHED TO START THEN SLOWLEY CREEPS UP TO NORMAL IDLEING ALSO NOTICED SQUARE BOX COMES UP ON DASH WITH LINES IN IT THATS WHEN CAR RUNNING OK

Your best bet would to get a Haynes workshop manual .
