Having problems figuring this one but hoping its just glowplugs.Car wont turnover or start and the preheater warning light is flashing.Any ideas?

Checked basics like battery and starter / connections ?

battery is charged and starter is turning but not firing.Preheater light is still flashing.Thinking possibly glow plugs or something in diesel (air/water) although i havent touched or bled any of that yet.
