2002 Renault Laguna lights left on buzzer!

Hi again all, can anyone give me any advice or a fix on the above problem. The above has stopped working , have checked all fuse's and they are all ok...any idea'a?? In advance - thank you. GRB

Could be just the buzzer unit gone ?
