Car starts fine but when put it in gear,clutch feels funny and car won't move.

Hard to tell from info . Could be any of the things you suggest , gearbox / clutch / driveshaft . Could see if any driveshafts are spinning when put in drive , but dont stand in front of car in case it catches or shoots forward .

Thanks for the reply!

Just before this happened I was driving then put it in 2nd gear but wouldn't go into gear tried again and worked then put it into 3rd gear then car stalled.

Clutch felt like there wasn't one there and wouldn't go into gear. Started car again and again put it into gear and the car wouldn't move and clutch felt heavy when in 1st gear.

Engine starts fine but when in gear the car wont budge. No warning lights either.

cant get passenger side drive shaft to clip to gearbox
