2002 Renault Laguna jumping instuments & limp mode cutting in

dash board needles sometimes jump up and down on starting up. also "limp mode" cuts in whilst driving,( engine constantly revs around 2000rpm)have to disconnect the battery to solve. sometimes this solves the problem. not sure if coinsidence but also interior light not working.

You will need to get a diagnostic scan and see what faults show .

can only plug in when fault is happening. this is very hit and miss. have you heard simular problems???

If the engine light comes on it means the fault code is stored in the computer memory .
