mileage gone from 65thou to 169000 since the snow in december

Dont suppose it has been accidently changed from miles to km's ? if that's possible on that car .On some you can change from mph to kph .Sometimes jump starting after a flat battery can cause probs. Instrument clusters can fail also , if you go here they might be able to advise you better .
