2001 Renault Laguna squealing when changing gears when cold

hi i have a 1.8 16v 2001 y reg which is squealing when i change gear but mainly in first and second and mainly when its cold when the engine warms up it stops i had the fan belt changed and that seemed to sort it but it has started squealing again any ideas?

Check belt tension again .
