2000 Renault Laguna clock/temperature not displaying. radio dead. interior light not working

There is no clock /radio /temperature display. Radio is also dead - radio fuse is OK though. Interior lights (above driver and front passenger heads) not working.
When ignition key is turned the speed dials go to max for 2 seconds and then reset back to 0 before engine starts
