2003 Renault Laguna losing power

Laguna 1.9DCi and I have a problem feels like it has been holding back/ Losing power in all gears when driving but is intermittent.had a diagnostic done had a glow plugs relay an the glow plugs changed but still the same any help

i had a similar problem they cleaned the ERG out runs like a dream now cost 28pound including diagnostic before sometime wouldn't go above 30 mph sends the car into limp home mode. hope this helps
