2002 Renault Laguna 2002 laguna knocking..rattle??

ok have few probs with my 2002 laguna dynamique firstly theres a knocking noise coming from what seems to be front passenger wheel area drop links are new so cant be that bottom arms look newish as can still see barcode sticker on them track rod ends are new the coils not broken rack ends have been changed still knocking over bumpy surfaces and sometimes when braking caliper not loose ?????...and another problem is again going over potholes and bumps theres a rattle noise at the rear somewhere sounds bit like an exhaust heat sheild tapping but jacked it up all the sheilds fine no play in any of the rear wheels but noticed i can wiggle the shocks at the back with my hand at the top where the bolt goes through is this normal ???...the car also hops about at the rear when going over potholes and bumps is it the shocks causing this whats the noise im hearing ive checked everywhere is it subframe bushes???..hellllllp
