2001 Renault Laguna cannot find gears

got new clutch kit fitted.my wife picked the car up (not a clue).wen i came home went to take the car out i couldnt get it into gear.after about 10 minutes of driving about i realized that 1st gear was actually 3rd,2nd was 4th and 3rd was 2nd after that i dont know and also 1st gear and reverse are not there at all

take the car back to who did the clutch for you as they have not aligned the selector rods correctly and that is why you cant get the right gears
