2003 Renault Laguna wiper controls have a mind of their own.

I like to use the wipers when i want to. However the wipers work mostly on fast but dont like the slow or intermitent setting. Some times they dont work at all and will only come on when i re start the car or after i have started moving. sometimes they will slow down or stop of their own accord.

Does your car have auto wipers (rain sensing) ?
