2003 Renault Laguna rear window screen wash not working

my rear wash screen used to work, now it doesn't. front screen still ok. also front passenger elec window, only goes up so far before it stops and makes a rather depressing noise. i'm assuming the worm gear/drive has failed- easy fix or a pain in the ringer, any ideas???

I think on that car the w/screen washer pump has twin outlets , one for front and other for rear .Probably find the rear outlet bunged up with gunge / soap . Case of pulling off door trim to see what problem with regulator / motor .
