2004 Renault Laguna indicator lights permanently on

left hand indicator lights on permanently front and rear.

when headlights on indicator flashes very slightly. when headlights off the sidelight and rear lights all flash too !

dashboard display has left indicator arrow on permanently. right indicator appears to work but there is no "clicking" sound associated with usual indication.

any ideas ?

Could check all lamp earth wiring , if not that could be indicator /relay unit
