Break down cant tow as electronic hand break cant b taken off

Changed up to 3rd n car started to die thought a hit 5th went to 2nd car cut out on a roundabout.tried starting no chance and injection fault came up .now it wont start and electronic hand break wont disengage so it can b towed

Renault's diagnostics "Can Clip" has a function for disengaging the h/brake and you'll need same for reading the fault codes so at least the main dealer could help.
Or a local Renault specialist.
