Automatic gearbox not working

i have changed the oil sealer of my automatic gearbox and changed it's oil. when I started the car ,it goes only in reverse and does not change gears when it is on drive mode. the gearbox was working fine before the I serviced.

Usually find this is because of low oil.
have you cycled through all the gears then re checked the level?
