Electronic handbrake not working

2005 Renault Laguna 2.0 sports tourer
Car: Renault Laguna
Year: 2005
Variant: 2.0 sports tourer
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
Following the car being parked for 6 Months the brakes and handbrake seized on.
following driving the car into the garage replacing the discs and brake pads the hand brake appears to have no power( little red light on dash mounted handbrake unit not present ) and no noise whatsoevere from e h/brake unit. Wondering if anyone knows the whereabouts of the fuse for the handbrake motor unit.
