Front passenger door won.t unlock

Hi, when using the key card all doors unlock with the exception of the front passenger door. This has to be opened from the inside or by using the dashboard lock/unlock button although this also sometimes does not unlock the door. The door locks ok using the remote key card. Any ideas to fix greatly appreciated.

it sounds like the lock is faulty .Also just check the wiring inbetween the door and 'A' pillar
