Just purchased a 2004 1.8 dynamique, all going well then a thump & yellow warning light. Turned off & have driven another 20 miles with no relapse but had it checked for fault codes & these turned up:8198 & 36522 any idea what these are?

Not sure on those codes ,they may just need cleared down and the fluid level checked and vehicle driven,there are many issues with these boxes,that,s not to say you have any but if the fault,re-occur,s a specialist would be your best bet .
