I have a 02 Laguna and the heater doen't work on any setting! but the lights are displayed

Check the connectors are plugged in securely. Check the resistor that controls the speed of the the blower motor. If these are ok, then it could be the blower motor that will need replacing...

Will check that as it did make a noise on roundabouts which could be loose connection

The inside component is burnt out the same happened to mine.
