2003 Renault Laguna engine and throttle not working properly

1st. Rev up and down when slowing down
2nd on long journey suddenly rev high then stabilises and ok
3rd service electrical fault. and traction light comes on
4th engine revs up and down up to 5000 revs down to 1000 revs very fast press accelerater no reaction won't rev when you press accelerator
5th changed throttle position sensor and potentiometer also sent ECU for testing returned as ok but problem continues
6th filling radiator with water run engine water seems to be coming out of exaust pipe but not contamination seems to show up in engine oil
Please if you could please advise me what it could be I'm lost to know what to try next. Thank you
