preheater warning light stays on when driveing and loss of power on hills feels like something holding it back then picks up again does this over and over anyone help.thanks

Try changing the fuel filter, sounds like it may be blocked...

thanks but changed fuel filter about two months ago cleaned egr valve two days ago
