2002 Renault Laguna hazards not working

i have a problem with my harards not working and my remote locking seems to have stopped working i have checked forums and it looks like the body controller has failed, where is it/ and can it be swapped with a second hand one from a breakers? have checked all the fuses and they seem ok.
