Not been able to direct the hot air onto my windscreen since i bought the car few months ago and now its got cold weather i practically cant use the car due to not been able to demist the screen. I had air flowing from the face vents until a few days ago and now even that has stopped.The fans are fine as i can hear it blowing but it sounds like a pipe or something is blocked but i cant figure out how to get to them to check. Any idea anyone? I have the climate control type system

Check the pollen filter . If not that , look under dash and check for any fault on heater box that is stopping flap from moving .You may be able to move by hand as temp measure .

If your car has electronic controls then posibly theres a fault with the heater damper motors stuck.or they may just have went out of adjustment and require calibration,any dealer should be able to do this.
