2002 Renault Laguna windscreen washer is not spraying although bottle is full and pump is working

Maybe the jets are blocked...!!!!!

Try, with a small sewing needle, clearing the jets, this is where the water comes out onto your screen, be careful not to alter the angle of the jets as you want then to jet out onto your screen.
