2005 Renault Laguna fuel filler cap

Hi,
I cant open my fuel filler cover to get to the cap, any ideas please

If you remove/ pull back trim in boot , usually find a manual release or access to solenoid .

Have you tried pressing the unlock button TWICE on your keycard? it also works if you hold the unlock button for a few seconds.
