2004 kangoo back door switch light stays on when you put the side lights on it will go off all when you lock the car flashers dont flash but flash when unlock

Renault kangoo 2010 1.5dci went to start van nothing but a small click from fuse box under the dash passenger side. Nothing else no starter motor turning
