2002 Renault Kangoo whinning noise

When i start to speed up i start to get a whinning noise then at about 50 i get a wobble and the noise stops. when the noise starts if i turn to the left it stops. Can anyone help.

Sounds like knackered wheel bearing .

What will happen if i drive with a damaged wheel bearing for too long.
