2003 Renault Kangoo starting problem, i'm told it has to be electrical!

Hi, My Renault Kangoo 03 is having problems.
It’s been taken to a diesel developments to have the;
545 rail pressure sensor circuit above maximum limit
450 main control relay cut too early.
(Ethos- snap-on, computer)
After completion, £650 later, I was told it needed the immobilizer fixed. (no previous problems with it!)
Went to get it by-passed (lock smith) couldn’t by-pass, so £166 later NEW Key fob!
Told it was working fine!
The Old problems is still here…
A sequence of lights on dashboard…
Combination 1; Stop and red circle light on… The glow plug light doesn’t come on!
Wont start! This I have been told is the immobilizer!
Combination 2; Glow plug light comes on and then off, (That’s what it’s supposed to do) but the engine stop red light flashes (that’s the one to the right of the glow plug light) Wont start!
Any Ideas please, so far it’s cost over £800 and booked into an electrician for next Tue!

reading your post it sounds like immobilizer fault,tell me has van been running since all the work carried out?

No sorry it was working fine!
I changed a fuse 50/red behind battery and everything was ok!
until today... fuse is still ok but back to turning on and off until the right combination of lights!
Mainly the yellow coil light/glow plug light refuses to come on!
Any sugestions?
