Removing dashboard

I couldnt figure out how to ply open the dashboard after removing all the screws on the panel. Should i pull or push it to lift it. I am afraid of breaking the clips on the dash.

Is it the instrument panel or complete dash ?

once you have removed all clips and screws it should pull out easy enough
