Renault Kangoo clonking when sterring

hey ,
my van has a cloking noise wen you steer left and right , iv had a machanic out to it where he has changed drop links and ball joints beccuase thts what we thought was teh problem , any how thats was replaced but the clonking noise is still there and woundering if any1 could help me find the problem or if u have experienced it yourselfs

check your outer cv joints are`nt worn,these will only knock when turning

Coil springs , top susp strut mountings ?

Is this only on full lock with wheels turning or can you get it to do it just rocking the steering left and right
