2011 1.6 16v petrol will only start by pressing and holding accelerator pedal to the floor before turning the ignition key

Could try changing the engine coolant temp sensor , sends info to ECU to help cold start .

I have replaced the coolant temp sensor,manifold vacuum sensor,manifold air temp sensor,engine throttle and fuel pump all to no avail!Is it possible to interogate the computer as the engine feels like it has too much ignition advance bellow 2000 revs but too retarded above 3000 revs and fuel consumption is only respectable between 2 and 3000 revs?
