Hello everyone. My "doors are open, "warning light stays on all the time even when they are closed and cannot lock any of the doors . Please help.

Hello, I just replaced my head because of bent valves and now my Renault espace 2004 model is smoking seriously and its difficult for me to use it. Can someone help me to fix the problem of excessive smoking?
