2003 Renault Kangoo the inside of the car and the steering wheel is vibrating

hello
i own the car above. when the car is at stop, not driving, i feel vibrations on the steering wheel, and on the dashboard,
the mechanic checked the main engine mount and the rearbox mount and he said they are fine, no need to replace.
what else could be making these horror vibes.it is very unplesent to drive the car.
while driving there are none but a strange feeling in the car, wierd quiet noise.
any help from someone???

engine gearbox exhaust are all rubber mounted check no contact to body

check exhaust is not fouling anywhere also look at back of engine by bulkhead check nothing is coming into contact there which is transmitting vibrations

defo at least 1 tyre out of shape probs the rear
