2012 Renault Kangoo breaks

When breaking sometimes the peddle feels soft and sticks down and the breaks are still on until I pull the peddle back up.
I've sprayed all the linkage system, but the is fault still there.
Other times the peddle is as it should be and the breaks are very keen.

Sounds like master cyl knackered

maybe a servo fault
