The engine heats up till the heatgauge are in the middle and then the water hoses starts to warm up till the new termostat opens and then it still gets heatihg up and the headgauge stay in the middle. The radiator fan does not goes on, If i disconnect the headgauge unit on the head then the fan comes on. I also put n new headgauge unit on the head. What can cause this problem?

If the gauge is sitting in the middle then it's not overheating.
Usually that means the gauge needle is in the red zone so I doubt your engine is too hot.
Fans come on at a much higher temperature,
Sometimes never on cold days.
