2005 Renault Kangoo non start

Any reading on the rev counter when cranking?

fuel gauge,& tack needles all over the place,however this morning,tried again &they are ok.. van started good.must have been the fuel sensor change allowed air in to fuel line,at engine block..engine started at third try..many thanks for taking a look.. fingers crossed..

further to the above van will not start cold,until i have spent 30 mins or so operating the manual pump allowing glow plugs to heat up several times.i notice the tack is showing no revs,,,once it finally starts its fine,runs well starts first try.
